Many of us are familiar with playing Rich Dad's Cash Flow 101 Game where the players (Rats) are in the Rat Race, spinning our wheels, until we get ourselves out by lower our expenses and investing in assets that generate passive income. To exit the rat race, each player must have their monthly passive income through investments that exceed their monthly expenses. Through the CashFlow system, our CashFlow members are doing this in real life. We are providing the path towards exiting that rat race by providing those opportunity cards.

We visited three cities in three days, back to back. It was quite an adventure as we learned how different markets can actually be. Meeting with industry professionals and some unprofessionals made it clear to us how important due diligence really is. We saw great photos of these properties but up close tells a whole different story. CashFlow members are in for a real treat watching the captured footage we got on tape! It's fun, it's entertaining, it's educating, and it's REAL!!!
