"I closed in December 2009 on two properties that I bought through the TKO Properties Web Site. I paid cash for them using my IRA account. The inspection on the properties came back with very little to fix, it was all done quickly and did not delay closing. Sean does a great job on rehabbing and getting them ready to rent. Both properties are already rented and generating almost 18% return on investment. My IRA money sitting in the money market account was making less than 1%. The seller paid the closing costs, this was a bonus if I bought two or more properties. Even though it was the holiday season and everybody was taking holiday time off the deal still went through in about 45 days. I will be getting my first rent checks this month. Thank you for all your help in making the deal happen.
